Privacy Policy

Draft pending legal review. This page describes how this website actually works, but has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Text in [brackets] must be completed before launch.

This policy explains what information Alaysalee ("we") collects through this website, why, and what choices you have. [Legal entity name and registered address.]

Information you give us

When you send an inquiry (a project, partnership, general, apparel-sourcing, private-charter or empty-leg inquiry, from the contact page or the inquiry window) we store your name, email address, message and the answers to that inquiry's questions, such as your company or brand, product category and quantities, or departure, destination, dates and number of passengers. The discovery-call and proposal forms also store when you acknowledged this policy and whether you opted in to updates. If you subscribed to our newsletter in the past, we keep your email address, the form you used and the time you subscribed until you unsubscribe; the site no longer has a sign-up form. Please don't submit passwords, customer records, health information or other confidential data through these forms.

Information collected automatically

  • A session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie needed for forms to work. See Cookie Information.
  • During your visit, your session stores the page you arrived on, the referring site's domain and any campaign (UTM) parameters. These are attached to an inquiry only if you submit one.
  • Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses. [Hosting provider and log retention.]
  • Every page, font, script and image is served from this website. No third-party content-delivery networks, maps, fonts or analytics are loaded.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. [Confirm before adding any analytics.]

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting and email delivery.
